Default caps come from tier entitlements in Appwrite (overridable per tier). Storage is a total org quota; transcription, summaries, and Ask AI tokens reset each billing month unless your plan says otherwise. Enterprise is custom.

Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or adjust as your organization grows; details appear in the app settings.
What are credits?
Credits may be used when you exceed certain monthly limits; in-app copy describes the current credit value and policy.
Does storage reset every month?
No — the storage row is a total quota for your organization (all uploads and recordings count toward the same cap). Transcription minutes, summaries, and AI tokens are typically monthly.
