Your account. One person per account. You are responsible for the devices signed in to it.

Your content. The files, recordings and messages you add stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and summarize them for you.

Fair use. No unlawful recording, no uploading content you have no right to share, no attempts to reverse engineer the service.

Summaries are assistance. AI output can be wrong. It is not legal, financial or medical advice.

Ending it. Cancel any time. Deleting a case removes its contents from active storage immediately and from backups within 30 days.

This page summarizes terms of use. The canonical terms are maintained with the Summly application; align marketing and product legal text before launch.
